Return & Refund Policy

At Sitarashop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original condition and packaging
• Unused or with minimal use for testing purposes
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
• Not a final sale or clearance item

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used refill tablets
• Personalized or custom products
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 30 days

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service at returns@Sitarashop.pk
• Include your order number and reason for return
• Wait for a return authorization (RA) number
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Write the RA number on the outside of the package
• Ship to the address provided in the return confirmation

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

For defective items or shipping errors, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund process:

• Return received and inspected
• Refund approved or denied (you will be notified)
• Refund processed to original payment method
• Credit appears on your statement within 5-10 business days

6. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted:

• Items returned with signs of use beyond testing
• Items missing original packaging
• Items returned more than 15 days after delivery

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@Sitarashop.pk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the return process.

10. Refill Tablet Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our cleaning tablets. If you're not satisfied with the cleaning performance, contact us within 60 days for a full refund of the tablet portion of your purchase.
